WELCOME NEW CONCESSIONNAIRES AND VENDORS
The annual Heart of Illinois Fair dates for 2013 will be July 12-20, 2013. If you are interested in becoming a Concessionnaire/Vendor at this year's fair we have links to our information brochure and application on this page. If you make application and are accepted as a food vendor you will want to print the Peoria County Health Department Section as there are specific rules that apply to those vendors handling food. We also have a link to the floor plan of our Commercial Exhibit Building as well as a Grounds Map. All of these files are Adobe pdf files that you can download and print. After printing the application please mail it to our office at Heart of Illlinois Fair, PO Box 33334, Peoria, IL 61612.
