THE FAIR WILL BE 5 DAYS.  The annual Heart of Illinois Fair dates for 2023 will be July 18-22, 2023. If you are interested in becoming a Concessionnaire/Vendor at this year's fair, please download the application below.

If you apply and are accepted as a food vendor, you will want to print the Peoria County Health Department Section as there are specific rules that apply to those vendors handling food.  THE TEMPORARY FOOD LICENSES FEE FOR 5 DAYS WILL BE $150.00 AND MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE.  

The Peoria City Fire Department has provided us with their  if you are food vendor please print these rules as they will apply to all food vendors for our 2023 season.  All vendors who sell food and/or merchandise need to read and print the information regarding the payment of Illinois sales tax and HRA city tax.

We also have a link to the floor plan of our Commercial Exhibit Building as well as a Grounds Map. All of these files are Adobe pdf files that you can download and print.  Both maps are subject to change.
